New incentives for biogas: published the Application Procedures

GSE (Gestore Servizi Enegetici) has published on its website the Addendum to the Application Procedures of the Ministerial Decree of 23 June 2016. The Addendum integrates the original document with the provisions on incentives for electricity produced by biogas plants, introduced by Law no. 145 of 30 December 2018 (art.1).
